Who we are

Ahaboom is made by BOMI Lab (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at hello@bomilab.com.

Who can use Ahaboom

• Comics open after a parent or guardian signs in with their email, or through a kid link the parent sends from their account. Kids never need an account, email or password.
• Only a parent or guardian who is 18 or older can create an account or buy a membership.
• You’re responsible for your account and for the kids you share it with. Keep your password to yourself.

The free episode

Episode 1 of SLICE! is free to read with a free parent account (email only, no card). Reading it never starts a paid plan.

Membership

• One membership covers up to 4 kids in one family.
• It costs $7.99 a month or $59 a year, in US dollars.
• It includes every series on Ahaboom and new episodes as we release them.

Early list

Ahaboom memberships open soon. Until they do, our sign-up, log-in and password reset pages put your email on the early list. Nothing is charged, and we don’t ask for card details.

• Confirm your email to keep your spot. If you don’t confirm within 14 days, we delete the address.
• If you confirm, you get your first year of Ahaboom free when it launches. That’s one year of membership, starting the day Ahaboom opens, for the email address that joined the list.
• Nothing is charged after the free year. We don’t hold your card, so when the year ends you choose a plan, or the membership simply ends.
• We’ll email you before Ahaboom opens. You can leave the list anytime with the unsubscribe link in our emails.

Billing and renewal

Your membership renews at the end of each month or year until you cancel. We charge the card you gave us on the renewal date. If we change the price, we’ll email you before it applies, and you can cancel before then.

Cancelling

Cancel anytime in Account, then Membership, then Cancel. A monthly membership stops at the end of the month you’ve paid for. On a yearly membership, cancelling turns off renewal and the membership runs to the end of the year. How to cancel, step by step

Refunds

Ask us within 14 days of a payment and we’ll refund it. Write to hello@bomilab.com from the email on your account.

Using Ahaboom

Ahaboom is for personal, family use. Please don’t:

• copy, share, resell or republish the comics;
• share your account outside your family;
• try to break, overload or get around any part of the service.

If someone does, we may suspend or close the account. We’ll tell you why.

Our comics

The comics, characters, art and software belong to BOMI Lab or the people who license them to us. A membership lets you and your kids read them while it’s active.

Children’s privacy

We don’t ask kids for personal information. Our privacy notice explains what we collect and why, and children’s privacy covers the comic screens.

Changes

We may add, change or retire series and episodes. If we change these terms in a way that matters to you, we’ll email you before the change applies.

If something goes wrong

We work to keep Ahaboom running, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of mistakes.
